Bomb threats in Ridgetown

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On Wednesday morning, police responded to bomb threats at Foodland and Tim Hortons in Ridgetown.

In each case, the phone call was made by an unknown person with an East Indian accent.

Officers flooded the area and cleared both businesses.

Luckily, nothing suspicious was found.

Both incidents remain under investigation.
