Ontario Premier Doug Ford is set to visit Wallaceburg’s hospital on Wednesday, May 1, 2024 for a ‘special announcement’.
Officials with the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance said in an email to the media that a “special announcement regarding the Our Hospital Our Future: Wallaceburg Site Redevelopment Project” is set to take place.
Ford, along with Lori Marshall, President and CEO of the CKHA, are set to be in attendance, hospital officials say.
The Sydenham Current, along with other media, have been invited to attend the special event at the Margaret Avenue facility.
