NOTICE OF THE PROPOSED ROAD CLOSING Notice is hereby given that at a meeting of the Council
of the Municipality of Chatham-Kent on July 15, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Civic
Centre, 315 King Street West, Chatham, Council will consider, and if approved, may pass a by-law to
stop up and close the road allowance from Town Line Rd in the community of Pain Court:
• Property Identification Number 00776 0001, Road Allowance Between Concession 4 and
Concession 5 Dover West, Municipality of Chatham-Kent, being the whole of the said PIN
PIN 00776 0001.
At this meeting, Council will hear any person or their solicitor or agent, who claims that their land will
be prejudicially affected by the by-law and who provide a written submission by email to the Clerk’s
