Chatham-Kent Ontario Health Team launches ‘CK Survey 2024’

The Chatham-Kent Ontario Health Team (CKOHT) wants to hear from you about local health care.

The survey is open to residents aged 18 and older who access health care in Chatham-Kent and asks questions about:

– Your experiences accessing local health care services;

– Opportunities for improvements in system navigation and digital health; and

– Priorities the CKOHT should focus on in Chatham-Kent.

“Your feedback will help shape health care in Chatham-Kent,” CKOHT official said, in a press release.

“The Chatham-Kent Ontario Health Team (CKOHT) is a group of local health and community organizations working together to plan, design and improve the local healthcare system. We are listening to what you have to say about health care.”

“There are also paper copies of surveys located at these locations: all library branches in Chatham-Kent, the MobileCare Clinic, St. Andrew’s Residence, YMCA, Adult Language and Learning Centre, Wallaceburg Adult Activity Centre, and Village on the Ridge Retirement Home,” CKOHT officials say.

“The survey will take about 15 minutes to complete. Your answers will remain anonymous and confidential. By completing the survey, you will be entered into a draw for a $50 Grocery Store gift card of your choice.”

The survey is open for responses until Monday July 8th.

“This survey is a way for Chatham-Kent residents to share their experiences in Chatham-Kent, and identify their priorities for healthcare locally,” said Melissa Sharpe-Harrigan, Executive Transformation Lead, Chatham-Kent Ontario Health Team, in a media release.

“We will use the survey results to develop CKOHT’s 2025 Strategic Plan, and we are looking to hear from everyone in Chatham-Kent.”

The goal of the CKOHT is working together with health and community partners from all sectors, including hospital, home and community care, primary care, long-term care and community support agencies to provide seamless, fully coordinated care for patients, while creating a more efficient system.
