Mary Anne Holland’s Creamy Chocolate Fudge

In a large sauce pan combine: 1 jar (5-10 oz of marshmallow cream), 1 1/2 cup sugar, 2/3 cup evaporated milk, 1/4 cup butter, 1/4 tsp salt.

Remove from heat and add: 1 pkg semi sweet chocolate chips (about a cup), 1/2 cup chopped nuts, 1 tsp vanilla.Bring to a full  over moderate heat, stirring constantly. Boil for 5 minutes.

Stir until mixture is well blended.  Pour into aluminum foiled 8 inch square pan. Chill in refrigerator until firm (approx 2 hours)
