Ingredients:Â 3/4 cup all purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 3 eggs 3/4 cup milk 1/2 cup oil
Directions: Â Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Â Sift together the flour and salt in a small bowl. Â In another bowl beat together the eggs and milk until light and foamy. Â Stir in the dry ingredients and mix well till batter is smooth (I use a wisk). Â Pour small amounts of oil into muffin tin (12 count) you will need 2 pans. Put muffin tins in oven and get the oil smoking hot Carefully take the tins out of oven and pour 1 heaping table spoon of batter in each muffin Put back in oven and cook until puffed and dry, about 15 to 20 minutes!
