Bev Lozon’s Yorkshire Pudding Recipe

Ingredients: 3/4 cup all purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 3 eggs 3/4 cup milk 1/2 cup oil

Directions:  Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.  Sift together the flour and salt in a small bowl.  In another bowl beat together the eggs and milk until light and foamy.  Stir in the dry ingredients and mix well till batter is smooth (I use a wisk).  Pour small amounts of oil into muffin tin (12 count) you will need 2 pans. Put muffin tins in oven and get the oil smoking hot Carefully take the tins out of oven and pour 1 heaping table spoon of batter in each muffin Put back in oven and cook until puffed and dry, about 15 to 20 minutes!

Serve with roast beef, mashed potatoes, carrots and gravy.Yorkshire_Pudding
