Danielle Gleadall’s Stuffed Chicken Breasts

2 chicken breasts

2oz light cream cheese

1/4 cup shredded cheese

1-2 jalapeno peppers (seeds out and chopped small)

1 egg

1 package ranch shake and bake

Preheat oven 375 degrees. Mix cream cheese, shredded cheese and jalapeno peppers in a bowl to use later. Take chicken breast and slice a pocket into the chicken breast. Stuff with the cheese mixture.
