Animal Cruelty Reporting has been enhanced. 310-SPCA is now a province wide central number to report animal cruelty. 310-SPCA(7722) is a 24 hour call centre where a live dispatcher can take your call for concern and animal cruelty reports for anywhere in the province of Ontario, this includes the Hamilton/Burlington area. Officers at the HBSPCA are still available for our community to take your calls during regular business hours, and we are thrilled to announce that 310-SPCA(7722) is ready to take your call 24 hours a day. There is no area code required.
