The Dresden Community Healthcare Foundation is very pleased to announce that Dr. Imran Ibrahim will begin his
practice at the Dresden Community Healthcare Centre.
The board of the DCHF is excited that the first new physician in about 30 years is ready to begin
working at the clinic on May 1, 2014.
If you wish to become a patient of Dr. Ibrahim, you must contact and register with Health Care Connect at 1-800-445-1822 or by visiting: http://www.health.gov.on.ca/en/ms/healthcareconnect/public/
The DCHF notse that potential patients will not be able to register with Dr. Ibrahim by
contacting the clinic.
All new, prospective patients must go through Health Care Connect to register with Dr. Ibrahim.
