Prenatal Yoga starts June 1st!

The next session of Prenatal Yoga at the new Wallaceburg Wellness Centre Studio Space starts June 1st!

Prenatal Yoga creates awareness of your body and a deeper relationship with your baby. Postures, breath work and meditation help prepare the mind and body for labour and childbirth. Prenatal Yoga helps increase flexibility, strength and balance; reduces swelling, as well as eases back and leg pain. This class also gives an opportunity to connect and share with other moms-to-be.

No previous yoga experience is needed.
