To celebrate Hearing Awareness Month, and because they know that hearing aids can reconnect you with the forgotten sounds of life, The Canadian Hearing Institute has decided to give back to community.
The Wallaceburg Hearing Clinic are excited to be giving a NEW set of hearing aids to a deserving member of the Chatham-Kent community in an effort to aid in improving their quality of life.
You can apply for yourself or nominate another deserving individual. Here’s how you can enter to be considered for this opportunity:
Step 1. Go to our Facebook page and “like” the page. You can find us at www.facebook.com/canadianhearinginstitute
Step 2. Send us an email to canadianhearing@gmail.com with a short story about why you, or the individual you are nominating, deserves consideration for this giveaway along with why a new set of hearing aids would make a positive impact in their life. Don’t forget to include the nominee’s contact information within the body of the email (name, phone number, and mailing address).
Step 3. Someone from our office will contact you to set up an appointment for a hearing test either at our Chatham or Wallaceburg offices. All the individuals that have submitted a story, or have been nominated by someone else, must come into the clinic for a hearing test to assess their hearing needs.
Step 4. The winner of this FREE pair of hearing aids will be announced June 25th, 2014. The nominee chosen will be decided by a committee from outside of our office to ensure that each worthy nominee is given the same fair opportunity. The identity of the nominees will be kept confidential, only the stories will be reviewed by this committee, all identifying information will be viewed only by the office staff for contact and scheduling purposes.
Please note: The deadline for submissions is Saturday, May 31, 2014.
