The final election numbers are in for Lambton-Kent-Middlesex.
Progressive Conservative candidate Monte McNaughton was re-elected as MPP in the riding.
He gathered 20,609 votes, for 45.06% of the overall vote.
New Democratic Party candidate Joe Hill was the runner up, improving on his third place finish in the 2011 election.
Hill gathered 12,157 votes, a total of 26.58% of the vote.
Finishing third was Strathroy businessman Mike Radan of the Liberals.
Radan snagged 9,297 votes, good for 20.33% of the vote.
James Armstrong on the Green Party finished well back in fourth place with 2,103 votes, 4.60% of the vote
Here is the remaining results for the independent parties on the ballot:
– Marinus Vander Vloet – Family Coalition Party – 560 votes, 1.22%
– Bob Lewis – None Of The Above – 559 votes – 1.21%
– Dave Durnin – Freedom Party – 242 votes – 0.53%
– Matt Willson – Libertarian – 213 votes – 0.47%
Province-wide results (unofficial):
– Liberal – 59 seats (majority) – 38.59%
– PC – 27 seats – 31.27%
– NDP – 21 seats – 23.79%

– About 57 per cent of eligible voters voted in Lambton-Kent Middlesex
