On Tuesday night around 11:00 p.m. Chatham Kent Police conducted some compliance checks on persons who are charged and on court imposed conditions.
A 44-year-old man from Wallaceburg was checked and found not to be complying with a curfew condition.
The male was located a short time later in the Wallaceburg area and arrested.
The male now faces a charge of Breach of Recognizance and was released with a future court date.
