On August 22, 2014 just before 8:00 a.m. Chatham Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a single vehicle collision on the 401 highway, east of Dillon Line in the eastbound lanes.
Chatham OPP along with fire and Emergency Medical Services (EMS) found a transport truck had rolled over and the cab of the truck was in flames.
The driver was taken to hospital with what appeared to be minor injuries and the eastbound lanes of Highway 401 remain closed east of Queens Line.
Traffic is advised to exit east bound 401 at Queens Line or prior to Queens Line as the investigation continues. The eastbound 401 lanes, east of Queens Line will remain closed for an undetermined amount of time.
