Green Beans with Prosciutto and Garlic

green_beansIngredients
2 slices prosciutto,
1 tsp vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic, minced1
lb green beans, cooked
Pinch each salt and pepper

Directions
1. Slice prosciutto crosswise into thin strips. Brush large nonstick skillet with oil; heat over medium-high heat.
2. Sauté prosciutto until crisp, about 3 minutes. Reduce heat to medium and add garlic; cook, stirring, for 30 seconds.
3. Add beans, salt and pepper; toss to combine and heat through if necessary.
