Vandermeersch: Paul Gerard age 60 of Dresden passed away Sunday August 24, 2014 at Chatham Kent Health Alliance PGH Campus.
Born in Chatham son of the late Marshall and Margaret (Allaert) Vandermeersch. Survived by his wife Arlene ( Irwin) , daughter Jenny Vandermeersch (Albert Pegg) of Breslau, son: Matt Vandermeersch (Agata) of Breslau, one granddaughter Ava, mother-in-law Audrey Irwin of Dresden, sisters-in-law Linda Whitson and Patti Irwin of Dresden, brother: Allan Vandermeersch (Dana) of Chatham and several nephews also survive.
Predeceased by brother-in-law Bob Irwin and nephew Mitchell Whitson. Visitors will be received at Thomas L. DeBurger Funeral Home 620 Cross St. Dresden Tuesday 7-9 p.m.
A funeral service will be conducted from the chapel of the funeral home Wednesday August 27, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Linda McFadden officiating.
