Wallaceburg’s Shaun Suisham has come through once again for his alma-mater.
The NHL kicker for the Pittsburgh Steelers contributed money towards new football helmets for the Wallaceburg Tartans.
The contribution was matched by the National Football League Foundation, with $5,000 going towards the helmets.
While the helmets are not finished yet, they are set to be all maroon with a chrome W on the side. Each helmet, which retail for around $400, will also be equipped with customized chin straps as well.

Suisham and the Steelers get their season underway tomorrow against the Browns. Kick off is set for 1 p.m.
