Reginald ‘Carman’ Wrightman, a resident of Walpole Island First Nation, died peacefully at the Wallaceburg hospital on Wednesday, September 10, 2014 at the age of 75.

Carman is the son of the late Marvin & Edith (Nahmabin) Wrightman.

Beloved husband of 54 years to Lorna JEAN (Oliver).

Loving father of Wanda Vyse (Charles “Tom”), Reginald ‘Ponce’ Wrightman, Whitney Wrightman (Sandra) and Warren Wrightman.

Dear grandfather of Christopher (Christina), Brett and Blair.

Brother of Darlene Williams (Fred), Twyla Wrightman, Fern ‘Marg’ Wells, Delmer Wrightman (Norma) and the late Gloria Williams and Melva Nahdee.

The family will receive relatives and friends at the HAYCOCK-CAVANAGH FUNERAL HOME, 409 Nelson Street in Wallaceburg from 2-4 & 7-9 PM on Friday.

A wake service will be held at 8 PM Friday.

The funeral will be celebrated at St. John the Baptist Anglican Church, Walpole Island, on Saturday, September 13 at 2 PM.

Interment to follow at Highbanks Cemetery.
