The Lambton-Kent Cardinals hosted the Blenheim Bobcats yesterday in Dresden in single ‘A’ girls basketball.
In the junior contest, the Cardinals were 25-13 winners.
Jade Johnston was the leading scorer with 13 points, while Brooke Marchand, Lexi Banman and Riley Ellis each chipped in with 4 points each.
In the senior game, the Bobcats won 27-23.
Leading the way for L-K was Ally Sanderson with 8 points and Mackenzie Kilmer with 6 points.
L-K (seniors only,) travels to Chatham Christian on Tuesday, Sept. 23 to battle the Flames.
The juniors will play in Tilbury the following week.
