Ingredients
2 slices marble rye bread
2 slices swiss cheese approx. 15 grams each
Shaved corned beef approx. 70 – 80 grams
2 tablespoons sauerkraut liquid squeezed out
Olive Oil
Dijon mustard to taste
Directions
1. Brush bread with olive oil and flip bread.
2. Place a slice of Swiss on one slice of bread add corned beef spread about, add the squeezed sauerkraut spread about add Dijon mustard to taste. (Some like Thousand Island Dressing as a substitute for Dijon). Place second slice of cheese and bread on top.
3. Place sandwich in preheated pan and heat then flip and heat other side till crispy and cheese is melted.
