Chatham-Kent Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers are continuing their investigation into a collision which occurred at the intersection of Highway 40 and Fairview Line on November 15, 2014, just before 6:00 p.m., where a Chrysler car traveling westbound on Fairview Line proceeded into the intersection and was struck by a Pontiac minivan traveling northbound on Highway 40.
The deceased driver of the car has been identified as Bradford Hudson, age 53, from Chatham.
The investigation is on-going.
