Albert ‘BERT’ Bechard, a resident of Wallaceburg, passed away peacefully at Fairfield Park Nursing Home on Tuesday, December 16, 2014 at the age of 93.
Bert is the son of the late Henry & Della (Emery) Bechard.
Beloved husband of Pauline (Goens) & the late Hazel (1977).
Loving father of Terry Bechard (Patricia), Charlene Farrell (Tom), Kevin Bechard (Terry), Tami (Bob) VanVugt, and Lori (Chris) Gouin.
Stepfather to Karen (Vic) Cecchini and Ron Goens.
Dear Grandfather of 21 and great grandfather of 13. Brother of Delina, Rosaire (Twiss), Mary and the late Regina, Murray, Harvey, Violet, Thereasa, Edward, Leonard, Raymond, Veronica, Helen and Pauline.
The family will receive relatives and friends at the HAYCOCK-CAVANAGH FUNERAL HOME, 409 Nelson Street in Wallaceburg from 1 to 2 PM on Friday with funeral to follow in the chapel of the funeral home on Friday, December 19, 2014 at 2:00 pm.
Interment to follow in Riverview Cemetery.
