A resident of Thamesville, Marty June passed away peacefully at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Chatham Campus on Sunday, January 11, 2015 at the age of 84.
Born in Detroit, Michigan, Marty was the daughter of the late Wilbert and Margaret (Brower) Schuchard.
Beloved wife of 65 years to Murray June.
Loving mother of Judy Joa (Lynn) of Wallaceburg, Susan Elliott (Bill) of Thamesville, Rob June (Dianne) of Thamesville, Shari Kinny (Dave) of Thamesville and Tom June (Cindy) of Chatham.
Proud grandmother of 15 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter.
Dear sister to Richard Schuchard of Toledo, Ohio, Eileen Lock of Romeo, Michigan.
Predeceased by brothers Bob, Don and sisters Thelma Ryan and Shirley Marks.
Marty will be missed by her special friend Val Clunis.
Also missed by numerous nieces, nephews, friends and extended family.
As per Marty’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family interment will be held at a later date.
