Wallaceburg’s Seth Griffith was back in action this past weekend for the Providence Bruins.
Griffith had missed a game last week due to an upper body injury, when he was hit from behind in a game against the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins.
However, Griffith came back and contributed for the AHL club over the weekend.
Griffith skated on Friday as the Bruins topped the Manchester Monarchs 2-1 in OT.
Griffith notched a goal and an assist on Saturday as the Bruins topped the Springfield Falcons 2-1.
So far in nine games with Providence this year, Griffith has three goals and five assists.
Griffith has skated in 30 games with the Boston Bruins this season, racking up six goals and four assists for 10 points.
Providence is back in action on Friday against the Worcester Sharks.
