– All elementary and secondary schools of the St. Clair Catholic and Lambton Kent District School Boards are closed today.
– All french schools are closed.
– Walpole Island Elementery school is closed.
– Children’s Centre on Walpole Island is closed.
– Walpole Island offices are closed and all programs are cancelled.
– Dresden Best Start is closed.
– Buses in all zones are cancelled.
– All school board administration offices and maintenance locations are also cancelled.
– kinderSTARt (Kindergarten Registration), which was scheduled for some schools today is post-poned until Friday, February 6, 2015.
– All school locations for Family Centre are closed today and the main sites are BOTH closed as well.
– 7 AM class with Dana is CANCELLED at the Wallaceburg Wellness Centre.
– St. Clair College campuses in Windsor and Chatham are closed today. All daytime and continuing education classes are cancelled.
– Lambton College day classes are cancelled, but evening sessions will be announced later.
– The Clock Tower Dental Centre in Wallaceburg is closed today.
– The St. Clair College Employment Centres, including Wallaceburg, are closed today.
– InterUrban buses are cancelled this morning, but will be reevaluated at noon.
– Rona in Wallaceburg is closed today.
– The North Kent Mutual office will be closed today, if you have a new claims emergency that MUST be dealt with today, please call our Emergency After Hours Claims service at 1-866-410-1226.
– The Children’s Treatment Centre is CLOSED today due to the winter weather. Please do not travel to the Centre. Appointments will be rescheduled.
– Goldcoast Fashion in Wallaceburg and Chatham are closed today.
– All Salvation Army offices and stores are CLOSED today.
– Slots at Dresden Raceway are closed.
– Dorothy’s Kitchen at the Wallaceburg Adult Activity Centre is closed today.
– Dana’s fitness class this morning at the Adult Activity Centre in Wallaceburg is cancelled.
– Alternative Hair Design Centre in Chatham is closed today.
– Flying W’s Gymnastics in Wallaceburg is cancelled tonight.
– Most of Dresden closed due to the snow. Sidewalks have been cleared, but the parking is limited.
– MacTavish Pharmacy is open and the grocery store is open in Dresden, but for any other services be sure to call first.
– The Wallaceburg and District Chamber of Commerce office is closed today.
– Countryview Golf Course is closed.
– Dresden Dental Office is closed.
– Wallaceburg Wellness Centre has no classes running today and the store is closed as well. You can still book appointments online.
– The Tilbury Municipal Centre is currently closed – incoming telephone calls to the Tilbury Office are being answered.
– Bothwell Municipal Information Desk is closed
– All other offices, including the Municipal Call Centre are open with minimal staff.
– Blenheim and Wallaceburg pools will be closed for regular scheduled daytime programming this morning. We will re-evaluate the situation at this afternoon for evening programming.
– All curbside ‎garbage and recycling collection is cancelled today (Monday February 2). Collections will resume again tomorrow (Tuesday February 3). Service will be delayed one day for everyone this week.
– Of transfer stations normally open on a Monday, the Harwich Transfer Station is open while the Wallaceburg Transfer Station is closed.
– Employment and Social Services is open, however Client Contact appointments at the Municipal Centres and the Chatham Federal Building are cancelled. Clients can call the main office at 519-351-8573 if they need to speak to a Caseworker.
– The After School Art Program at the Cultural Centre is cancelled today.
– The Municipality of Chatham-Kent is urging citizens to call ahead before visiting municipal facilities, as weather conditions are causing service delays and disruptions.
