Police: Teenage girl still missing

The Windsor Police are still looking for information pertaining to the whereabouts of 17-year-old Taiylor Whiteye.

“We have no new information,” Const. Andrew Drouillard of the Windsor Police Service told the Sydenham Current.

Windsor Police received a report on Tuesday February 3 about the missing teenager

Windsor police officials say they are concerned for Whiteye’s well being and is asking for the public’s assistance in locating her.

“Information was received that she may be in Sarnia but possibly heading back to Windsor,” police officials stated.

When we posted our original story on Wednesday, many people from the Wallaceburg and Walpole Island area shared and commented on our story and other simialr stories by other media outlets on social media.

“Hope you’re okay little cuz (sp),” posted one Wallaceburg resident.

“Please keep an eye out friends, hope she is safe,” posted another Wallaceburg resident.
