Robbery suspect sought in Sarnia, see video

Sarnia Police Service is looking for help to solve a robbery.

On Sunday, February 8, 2015 at about 2:30 a.m. a male suspect entered a business in the 200 block of Indian Road wearing a blue and yellow scarf to conceal his face.

The suspect went to the electronics section of the store and selected a Nintendo Wii system. The man then left the store without paying for the item. A female employee who told him to stop was struck in the face with the gaming system by the suspect. The suspect then fled on foot south towards Devine Street.

The suspect is described as follows: five foot three to five feet five inches tall, approximately 130 pounds, wearing a grey denim coat with a hood and black pants.

Police are releasing surveillance video of the suspect in the hopes someone can provide information to assist with the investigation.
