IngredientsÂ
2 red apples
cinnamon and sugar (to taste)
2 tbs red sugar crystals
1 ready made pie crust
3 cups water
1/4 cup sugar
1 greased muffin tin
container of cold water to stop cooking of apples
Directions
1. Heat 3 cups of water and 1/4 cup sugar on med high heat
2. Thinly slice apples (Very, very thin)
3. Add to water/sugar on stove
4. Cook till pliable
5. Remove from heat and place in cold water to stop cooking
6. Place pie crust on cutting surface and cut strips 6 inches long 1 1/2 inches wide
7. Pat dry apple slices and lay on strips of crust
8. Sprinkle with sugar cinnamon mix
9. Roll to create flower shape
10. Place in greased muffin tin
11. Sprinkle with red sugar crystals
12. Bake in preheated oven at 325 F for 18-to 20 mins or till golden brown.
