The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is currently at the scene of a fatality involving a tractor and a train in the 400 block of Elmstead Road in Lakeshore.
The OPP, Lakeshore Fire Service, Essex County Emergency Services (EMS) all responded around 2 p.m. today. Canadian Pacific (CP) Police, as well as CP rail were called in as well.
The OPP along with CP Police are investigating. One person has died at the scene.
No names are being released at this time pending notification of next of kin.
