It was a great week for Wallaceburg Tartan swimmers at OFSAA this week.
Capturing a silver medal on Wednesday was Chelsey Johnson of Wallaceburg.
She set a new personal-best time of 33.93 in the junior girls’ 50-metre backstroke, finishing only behind the new OFSAA record-holder.
On Tuesday, the Tartan team of Amanda Metayer, Megan Maxim, Tallie Laprise and Johnson won a bronze medal in the junior girls’ 4×50-metre medley relay.
Wallaceburg finished second overall out of 89 teams in the junior girls division at the two-day meet held in Etobicoke.
