JOHNSTON, Jane May “Elaine” nee Turner – a resident of Wallaceburg, died peacefully in Wallaceburg on Saturday, March 7th 2015 at the age of 78.
Elaine is the daughter of the late Frederick and Olive (Gordier) Turner.
Loving wife of the late Manley “Edwin” Johnston. Cherished mother of Kevin of Medicine Hat, Alberta, Fred of Wallaceburg and Jane (Luc) Boulanger of Wallaceburg.
Sweet Nana of John, Jay (Paige), Jennifer (Blain), Eric and Allison; and great Nana of Easton, Landon and Alba.
Dear sister and sister-in-law of the late Douglas (Margaret) Turner, the late Rebecca Turner, Tom Turner, Nancy (the late Gordon) Tuckwell, Sharon Turner, the late Stan (Sharon) Turner, Duncan and Shirley Turner, Barry and Linda Turner, Janis and Joe Heathcote, Eric and Sandra Johnston and Lawrence and Germaine Johnston.
Kind aunt of many nieces and nephews. The family will receive relatives and friends at the HAYCOCK-CAVANAGH FUNERAL HOME, 409 Nelson Street in Wallaceburg from 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM on Tuesday, March 10th.
The funeral will be celebrated at the funeral home on Wednesday, March 11th at 11 AM. Interment to follow at Riverview Cemetery.
