The donations keep rolling in for the Chatham-Kent Family Health Team and their Wallaceburg site expansion.
On March 10, 2015, Laura Johnson, Executive Director of the Wallaceburg Site of Chatham-Kent Family Health Team (CKFHT) received from: Brian Mills, Vice President and Regional Manager, National Bank Financial; Robert Watson, Vice President and Branch Manager, National Bank Financial and Chair, CKFHT; and Adam Watson, Portfolio Manager, National Bank Financial; a $5,000 donation from National Bank Financial.
Last year, the Wallaceburg Site of the Chatham-Kent Family Health Team underwent renovations to accommodate three new Doctors to practice at the site. These 3 Doctors are now working in Wallaceburg and are readily taking patients at the Wallaceburg, McNaughton Avenue Location of the Chatham-Kent Family Health Team.
Improvements and simplifications to the Doctor registration process have now been finalized. If you would like to have a Doctor in Wallaceburg, please walk into the Wallaceburg Site of the Chatham-Kent Family Health Team during office hours and ask to sign up with one of our Doctors taking patients.
A special sign-up day will be scheduled near the end of March where there will opportunities to meet the Doctors and tour the facility. Listen to 99.1 FM or read the Courier Press or Sydenham Current for an upcoming announcement regarding the exact date of this special sign-up day.
The Wallaceburg Site of the Chatham-Kent Family Health Team continues to raise money to pay for these renovations. All donations over $10 qualify for a Charitable Donation receipt. The Wallaceburg Site of the Chatham-Kent Family Health Team still needs to raise approximately $40,000 and are looking for further donations.
