Just prior to 1 a.m. on April 3, 2015, Chatham-Kent Police and EMS attended the area of Lorne Ave. in Chatham, for an unresponsive male.
Police say upon arrival, the male was laying on the roadway, unconscious with his pants pulled below his waist.
It is believed that he was under the influence of drugs and possibly alcohol.
The 28 year old Chatham man was checked by Paramedics and then arrested by police for public safety, and lodged into cells, where he could be monitored.
He was released several hours later, once he had sobered up.
