Ingredients
4 cups wood chips, of your choice
1 lb large unpeeled shrimp, deveined
Salt and pepper
Directions
1. Preheat the electric or charcoal smoker to 150 °C (300 °F). Add the chips and let smoke for 5 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, season the shrimp with salt and pepper. Place in the smoker. Close the lid and cook for 15 to 20 minutes, turning halfway through cooking. Make sure that the temperature remains stable at 150 °C (300 °F) while cooking.
