Jered Sweet, general sales manager at Progressive Ford in Wallaceburg, has driven many Ford vehicles over the years.
And the Ford Fusion is the best one he has ever been in.
“Our Ford Fusion is one of our most underrated vehicles we sell,” Sweet said.
“I have been with Ford for 25 years and I believe it is the best Ford car I have ever been in. From quality to comfort. It’s fun to drive. It’s sporty yet it feels like luxury and it has a wide range of variables. You can get a little more basic equipped car or you can get an all wheel drive completely tricked out. I think value for dollar, it is probably our best buy.”
Sweet said the price range starts at about $25,000 up to about $41,000.
“I would say 80% of the Fusions we sell are about the $29,000 – $30,000 range. That is with backup camera, power seats, all the voice activated systems. You get a really nice car,” Sweet said.
“Even the most basic Fusions come with the back up camera now. We don’t really make a base car. Even our entry level vehicle has tons of standard features. When you compare it to the competitions entry level car, I think we offer more.”
