With spring here and summer right around the corner, that means it is prime time grilling season.
If you are looking to upgrade or replace that old BBQ, you only need to make one stop – Burnett’s Cycle and Mower.
Dave Burnett owner of the business said the line of BBQ’s he carried are Broil King.
“Broil King Barbecues are made in Canada so why would you buy outside of Canada?” Dave said.
“They are good quality, they are not cheaply made and they stand up for the good five-year warranty like everything else. We have stock for both natural gas and propane barbecues.”
Dave said if anyone is coming in to buy something, he tries to qualify what they need.
“How big is your yard, do you need a zero propel,” he said.
“When it comes to a barbecue, how many people are you cooking for, do you need a side burner, do you want a rotisserie kit. When they answer those questions, I can guide to them to what they need.”
Dave said the biggest reason they carry Broil King is because of their reputation and the fact that they are made in Waterloo, Ontario.
“The factory is run by three brothers so it is a family run business. The quality is there because they have cast lid and cast main box which give you better heat in colder weather verses cheaper brands that are basically made from tin.”
He added: “Stainless steel cooking grates, burners with fieve-year warranties, we offer full assembly, deliver if required.”
Dave said this spring has been their busiest yet.
“I think this is the best spring ever since we started selling barbecues and that has been over 15 years. I don’t know why this spring, but we are just about sold out and have to get more. If anything goes wrong the parts are right here. They are hanging on the wall.”
