Mushroom Caps

1/4 cup Caesar Dressing
12 Large cremini mushrooms
1tsp Parsley, minced
2 Chives, minced
1 tbsp Breadcrumbs

Instructions
1. Preheat broiler. Place rack 5-inches from broiler.
2. Remove stem from each mushroom. Clean mushroom cap by brushing the dirt off with a soft brush.
3. Mix Renée’s Mighty Caesar Dressing with chives. Set aside.
4. Mix parsley and breadcrumbs. Set aside.
5. Fill each mushroom cap with the Renée’s Mighty Caesar mixture.
6. Top each mushroom with breadcrumb mixture.
7. Broil mushrooms for 3 minutes, or until golden on top.
