Day-time break-ins in St. Clair Township

Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are currently investigating two reports of daytime break and enters in the area of St. Clair Township, County of Lambton.

On Saturday July 18, 2015 at 6:11 p.m., Lambton County OPP received a complaint of a break and enter in the 1700 block of St. Clair Parkway, St. Clair Township. The victim reported to police that the incident occurred between 2:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. that date, while the victims were attending a family reunion on the property.

On Saturday July 18, 2015 at 9:17 p.m., Lambton County OPP received a second complaint of a break and enter in the 1400 block of St. Clair Parkway, St. Clair Township. The victim reported to police that the incident occurred between 12:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. that date, while the victim was across the street attending to her dock in the St. Clair River.

Both victims report personal items stolen which include wallets, purses, identification, credit cards and electronics. Both residences were unoccupied and unlocked at the time of the incidents. However both victims report being in the immediate vicinity at the time of the break and enters.
