For the first time this past winter, Chatham-Kent implemented residential sidewalk snow clearing services across the entire municipality. Previously, only the communities of Chatham and Blenheim received this service.
The Infrastructure and Engineering Services team have developed a survey to measure the current level of customer satisfaction. This survey is intended to provide an accurate assessment of the voice of the customer. Results will be shared with Council along with any recommended changes to the current service level for upcoming years.
The survey is only six questions and will take approximately one minute to complete. Please note that this survey is for residential sidewalks only. The downtown cores are managed to a higher service level.
