The Chatham-Kent Family Health Team is issuing a reminder to some patients in Dresden.
Former patients of Dr. Payne who have now been transferred to Dr. Ibrahim or Dr. Yee Providence are required to sign enrollment forms.
They are being encouraged to pop into the Dresden Healthcare Centre and sign the enrollment form as soon as possible.
The Dresden Community Healthcare Centre is located at 530 Tecumseh Street in Dresden.
