1 package Shredded Hash Browns
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 can cream of potato soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sliced green onion
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
1. Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 2 quart casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray*. In large bowl combine all ingredients; stir to mix well. Spread in prepared pan.
2. Bake, uncovered, 55 to 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender and center is heated through.
