1. Spread the peanut or almond butter evenly over tortilla.
2. Sprinkle granola evenly.
3. Place peeled banana on the bottom third of the tortilla. Roll tortilla around the banana, it’s okay to straighten the natural curve of the banana.
4. Secure with a toothpick if necessary. Slice into two or three pieces and serve.
