Update: Wallaceburg man still missing

A release was sent yesterday, requesting assistance in locating 68-year-old Frederick Sutherland, of Wallaceburg, Ontario.

Const. Ken Steeves of the London Police Service told the Sydenham Current that police and his family are concerned for Frederick’s welfare, as he may be in need of medical attention.

Steeves said he was last seen on September 7, 2015 when he left Victoria Hospital, located at 800 Commissioners Road East, alone at 12:55 a.m. on his own accord without being discharged.

His direction of travel is unknown.

Frederick is described as Caucasian, approximately 5’10” (178 cm), slim build with grey hair and a moustache.

He was last seen wearing light blue jeans, a blue plaid shirt and tan coloured shoes.

He had a significant amount of medical dressing on his neck and was walking with his head tilted to the right.

London Police are encouraging anyone who has seen him; believes they may have seen him; or knows of his whereabouts to call the London Police Service at 519-661-5670.
