Mr. Wayne Robinson, a resident of Wallaceburg, passed away on Thursday, September 10, 2015 at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Public General Campus, Chatham, at the age of 61 years.Wayne was born in Chatham and is a son of Edith (Don) (nee Mann) Strevel and the late Marshall Robinson.
Beloved husband of Susan (Swain) Dumais.Loving father and father-in-law of Michelle (Jeff) Soetemans, Greg (Kym) Robinson, Scott (Tylene) Robinson, Greg Dumais and Michelle (Gord) Dumais. Special son-in-law Nathan DeBruyne.Sadly missed by 5 grandchildren Brandon, Kaitlyn, Allie, Jillian and Ashley.Kind brother of Marilyn (Ken) Parker, Charles Robinson, Dave (Terri) Robinson, Sheila (Bill) Harris and Paul (Kim) Robinson.Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received at the Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home Ltd. 639 Elgin St., Wallaceburg, on Sunday, September 13, 2015 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m.
At Wayne’s request, cremation will follow. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Parkinson Foundation may be left at the funeral home.As a living memorial, a tree will be planted in Nicholls Memorial Forest in memory of Wayne Robinson.
