In the afternoon of September 18, 2015, a female was shopping at a retail store on St Clair St., Chatham.

While going from section to section, she became aware of a man who seemed to be following her.

While in the change room, she saw a reflection in the mirror of a cell phone held underneath the change room door, and immediately opened the door to confront him.

The man attempted to flee the store, but not before a witness snapped photos of him, and the vehicle he was operating.

Police later located the vehicle and the man in question.

The 23-year-old Chatham man was arrested and charged with voyeurism.

He was processed and held for a bail hearing.

His cell phone was seized for a forensic download, and the investigation is continuing.
