Mrs. Stella Aucoin, a resident of Wallaceburg, passed away on Saturday, October 3, 2015 at C.K.H.A “Sydenham Campus”, in Wallaceburg, at the age of 68 years.
Stella was born in Ontario and was a daughter of the late Dave and Elda LaLumiere. Beloved wife of Joe Aucoin. Loving mother and mother-in-law of Ray Sterling and Loretta (Ed) Storey and step-mother of Darren Aucoin. Dear grandmother of Nick, Tyler, Kayla, Christopher, Letosha and Joshawa and great grandmother of Kyra, Addison, Pheonix, Zachary, Tucker-Ray and Trent. Kind sister and sister-in-law of Richard (Mary-Ann Lewis) LaLumiere, Jerry LaLumiere and Ernie LaLumiere. Predeceased by her son Gary Sterling.
Friends will be received at the Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home Ltd. 639 Elgin St., Wallaceburg, on Wednesday, October 7, 2015 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be celebrated Thursday, October 8, 2015 from the chapel of the funeral home, at 11:00 a.m. Cremation will follow with a private family burial at a later date.
