Foul play is not suspected after a body was found in Rondeau Bay.
On November 19, 2015, just before 6:30 a.m., Chatham-Kent Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers, responded to Rondeau Park to assist in locating a male reported missing from London.
Officers located a Chrysler car partially submerged in Rondeau Bay, near Ferguson and Water Street and discovered a deceased male party with the vehicle.
The male party has been identified as William Lloyd Steeper, 77 years old, from London.
The death is not being treated as suspicious and no foul play is suspected.
A post-mortem is scheduled for a later date.
