The Wallaceburg Ministerial Association are holding some community meals in Wallaceburg throughout the next couple of months.
“Lots of folks depend on these community meals,” said Pastor Mark Aarssen, a member of the association.
Here is a list of the meals:
December 2015
– Dec. 4th — First Friday – St. James Anglican 5pm
– Dec. 12th — Second Saturday – First Baptist 5pm
– Dec. 19th — Third Saturday – Knox Presbyterian 5pm
– Dec. 22nd – Fourth Tuesday – Bethel Pentecostal 5pm
– Dec. 25th — Fourth Friday– Normally Trinity United Church would host a meal on the 4th Friday of the month but because the 4th Friday is Christmas Day there will not be a meal at Trinity United in Dec.
January 2016
– Jan 1st No meal on the First Friday, (New Year’s Day)
– Jan. 8th — Second Friday – St. James Anglican 5pm
– Jan. 16th — Third Saturday – First Baptist 5pm
– Jan. 22nd — Fourth Friday – Trinity United 5:30pm
– Jan. 26th – Fourth Tuesday Bethel Pentecostal 5pm
Soup Cellar at Knox Presbyterian
– Every Monday at Noon
– Dec. 7th, 14th, 21st
– Jan. 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th
– Soup Cellar will be closed on the fourth Monday of Dec. for the Holidays.
