The cast and crew are ecstatic with the turnout, after the Glasstown Players first ever performance – Murder at the Banquet.
“We had a very good turnout and apart from a couple of hitches, that are to be expected in an amateur theatre production, it went pretty well,” said Myrna Jewell, the director of the show, which was presented twice on Nov. 28. “The volunteers for the food did an amazing job under the circumstances.”
The group managed to raise over $1,000 from the weekend.
