Yesterday morning around 7:00 a.m. emergency crews responded to a single motor vehicle collision on Reeders Line between Kenesserie Road and Moore Road.
The man lost control of his truck, left the roadway, rolled several times after hitting a culvert and came to rest in a ditch.
One female passenger was ejected from the truck.
The man and another female passenger exited the truck through a broken window.
All three people were transported to the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance via ambulance for medical attention.
Both passengers sustained non-life-threatening injuries as a result of the collision.
Through investigation, the investigating officer believed the man was driving his truck while under the influence of alcohol.
He was arrested and transported to police headquarters for breath tests.
The 37-year-old Alberta man was charged with impaired driving causing bodily harm.
He has been held in custody pending a bail hearing.
